The Beer Infused Gastronomy project is a collaboration between Righteous Felon and Victory Brewing Company, one of the country's premier craft breweries.  

By balancing the sweetness of Victory's wort with the dark, espresso-like, roasted notes in their Storm King Imperial Stout and infusing it with just the right amount of black pepper, Righteous Felon is able to produce a savory yet piquant jerky that pairs well with any ale of your choosing.
