The Winter Circle, sometimes referred to as the Winter Hexagon, is an asterism of bright stars commonly seen on dark and clear Winter nights. Within the Winter Circle, you’ll find the center of Orion’s bright red star, Betelgeuse. At the date of this printing, Jupiter can also be spotted within the midst of this easily found star pattern.
